Introduction

Brisa Bay (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Company”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website and interact with us. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, please do not use our Site.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information in various ways, including:

1.1 Information You Provide Directly

Account Registration: Name, email address, phone number, date of birth, and address when you create an account.

Age Verification: Government-issued ID or other proof of age to verify you are 21 years or older for purchase of alcoholic beverages.

Order Information: Billing address, shipping address, payment method, and purchase history.

Customer Service: Communications with our support team, including emails, chat messages, and customer feedback.

Marketing Communications: Preferences regarding promotional emails, newsletters, and special offers.

Voluntary Information: Comments, reviews, testimonials, or other content you choose to submit.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

Cookies: Small data files stored on your device that track browsing patterns, preferences, and login status.

Web Beacons & Pixels: Tracking technologies that monitor how users interact with our Site.

Log Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, time spent, and referring website.

Device Information: Device type, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.

Location Data: Geographic location based on IP address or GPS coordinates (with your consent).

Store Locator Searches: When you type a place into our store locator, that text is sent to Photon (photon.komoot.io), an open-source geocoding service, to turn it into map coordinates. We never send your name, email, or account details with it. Map tiles are served by OpenStreetMap. If you use the “near me” button, your device shares GPS coordinates with the page to sort stockists by distance — those coordinates stay in your browser and are never sent to us or stored. We do record which searches found no nearby stockist, so we know where to expand; that record contains the place searched and how far the nearest shop was, never your location or anything identifying you.

Analytics: User behavior data collected through Google Analytics and similar tools to understand usage patterns.
